The project is located in the high-end equipment manufacturing industrial park of Shangqiu City, Henan Province, covering a total area of 400 mu. The project is jointly funded by Henan Shenhuo Group Co., Ltd. and Shangqiu Xinfa Investment Co., Ltd.
This project is a new start-up project supported by Shangqiu municipal Party committee and municipal government in 2017. The construction scale of the project is 105000 tons of high-end double zero aluminum foil per year. More than 80% of all products are mainly supplied to Tetra Pak, SIG Combibloc and other high-end customers, and can also meet the quality and technical index requirements of high-end capacitor foil. The main equipment selection (aluminium foil rolling mill, Slitter, work roll grinder, etc.) mainly uses Germany Achenbach, Hercules, CommScope and other famous European and American brands. Realize the advanced and first-class technology, the leading product market, the intelligent and automatic equipment, the informatization and modularization of business process, and the refinement and scientization of operation management.
With a total investment of 3.6 billion yuan, the project is planned at one time and constructed in stages, with a construction period of 55000 tons / year and a construction period of 24 months. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual business income can be increased by 3 billion yuan, the profit and tax can be realized by 300 million yuan, the export earnings can be more than 300 million US dollars, and more than 1000 jobs can be provided.
