In order to commend the advanced and selected models, further stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees for their hard work, and ensure the smooth realization of all tasks and objectives in 2018, the Party committee of the company held a grand 2017 summary commendation and 2018 work mobilization meeting at 9:00 a.m. on January 26, in the ninth conference room of the complex building, to commend and reward the advanced collectives and individuals emerging in 2017.
The conference was presided over by Pan zongqun, deputy secretary of the Party committee, and Ma Wenhong, general manager, first made a production and operation report. In 2017, the company's planned output was 28000 tons, the actual output was 26821 tons; the planned sales volume was 43000 tons, the actual sales volume was 35590 tons; the planned profit was 10.57 million yuan, and the actual profit was 27.65 million yuan. President Ma fully affirmed the achievements in 2017 and mobilized the production and operation in 2018. It is hoped that all employees will closely focus on the company's production and operation objectives, overcome difficulties, continue to carry out potential tapping and efficiency increasing activities, further improve the company's profitability, and strive to do better than in 2017.
Later, Comrade Pan zongqun, deputy secretary of the Party committee, read out the company's commendation decision, and members of the company's leading group issued honorary certificates and bonuses to advanced collectives and various advanced individuals.
At last, comrade Hou Wenchang, Secretary of the Party committee of the company made a summary speech. Firstly, he affirmed the party construction work in 2017, and put forward four requirements for the work of the party, government and work group in 2018. The first is to consolidate the safety foundation; the second is to do a good job in production and operation in 2018; the third is to earnestly fulfill two responsibilities to ensure the leadership of the party in all work; the fourth is to effectively play the role of the work group to promote the overall development of the enterprise.
